We start each session by stretching our muscles. We know that stretching keeps our muscles flexible, strong and healthy.

Warm-Up

We know that warming up our body prepares the body and mind for the main activity. After we warm up our heart rate increases

"I can feel my heart beating faster and faster" Jaxon

"The blood is moving around my body so fast now " Eden

"The heart is a muscle , it beats all the time - when you exercise it beaters quicker" Lexi

We know it's important to cool down our body at the end of our exercise session. Our heart rate and breathing will slow down.
