The children made pumpkin soup to help them with their instructions.
We loved our party day!
We had lots of fun with Border moves. We learnt dances for Carnival and created our own musical piece.
In Geography, the children enjoyed using the globe to locate the United Kindom.
In English the children worked really hard to generate adjectives to describe a meerkat.
The children had a lovely Collective Worship session. We talked about how we are all specail and how we all have wonderful gifts.
In Maths the children worked so hard to represent numbers using tens and one. We even used a hundred square to find the number.
We love Phonics in Year 2! Lots of fantastic partner reading today.
