God's Family
This half of the Autumn Term, the children will be learning about
God’s Family.
The children are already aware that they belong to a family at home and now they are experiencing what it means to belong to the school family. Their friends and teachers are becoming increasingly important in their lives.
As we move towards Advent and Christmas we will begin to develop an awareness of our Church family.
We enjoyed spending time in church today with Fr Ned. He gave everyone a candle to take home to remember that Jesus is the light of the world.

We talked the importance of the poppy flower
Every year the wonderful parents and children at All Saints’ generously donate towards a fundraising project to help the lives of people less fortunate than ourselves.
For our Harvest Appeal this year we supported a local project ‘Loaves and Fishes’. Salford Loaves and Fishes is a drop in centre in the heart of Salford supporting homeless, vulnerable or isolated adults.
The children presented their donations during collective worship time. We enjoyed finding out about the Loaves and Fishes charity and the importance of thinking of others, especially during this difficult time...
