Makaton Singing Hands in the Nursery.

We are building our enjoyment of lots and lots of Nursery Rhymes, as part of our 'rhythm and rhyme' sessions. 

To help with our physical development, fine and gross motor skills, we are working with the experts from Makaton Singing Hands.  Two wonderful ladies who teach Makaton a form of sign language through song. The children are very engaged in this work and are enjoying learning a new sign language.

This unique and enthusiastic approach is designed to help develop someone’s communication potential through music, songs, games & activities. We focus on learning language in a way that it is motivating, engaging and most of all, fun!
