Mini Vinnies

                                            πŸ’›πŸ’›Welcome to Mini VinniesπŸ’›πŸ’›

All Saints’ Mini Vinnies like to turn concern into action, inside and outside school!

We meet fortnightly during lunchtime to pray together, talk about those around us that need our help and think of ways we can help them.

Some of our Year 6 members led an assembly on what Mini Vinnies is about and inviting children from our Y4 - Y6 to join.

A few months ago we had a prayer request for a baby that was poorly. Mini Vinnies prayed in their meeting and sent prayers and cards to the family. Today baby Aoife came to visit us for our meeting, how wonderful. They brought us a yummy cake too!! The power of prayer! Our youngest Mini Vinnies member, we love you baby Aoife πŸŒŸπŸ’›πŸŒŸ

Our President & Vice President led us in a beautiful prayer this afternoon. More great fundraising ideas booked in the diary for Summer 2 Term too πŸ˜„πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’§πŸ’§

SVP - Today our Mini Vinnies met with Kevin Lee (President of SVP All Saints Church) to learn more about what the SVP does and how they help others. We also asked how our Mini Vinnies group can help them. Thank you Kevin, it was very informative.

This morning Mini Vinnies helped to serve refreshments after Mass to parents and children. They raised a fantastic Β£60.45 for SVP charities πŸ‘πŸ»πŸŒŸπŸ’›

Mini Vinnie’s meeting - Today we especially prayed for those that are sick in our school and parish community.

Christmas Toy Appeal - Our Mini Vinnies helping to load the car, full of toys for Wood Street Mission, Manchester.

Very proud of our Mini Vinnies for always thinking of others. Today they created beautiful cards and wrote prayers for some of our sick parishioners.
