Parish Community
Spreading Christmas Cheer
This Christmas, our Performing Arts group shared joy with our local community, living out Catholic Social Teaching by living out Christ’s call to love our neighbour and bring hope, joy, and compassion to others.
We shared joy by performing at the Parish Monday Club and in the Village Square.

Celebrating the Feast of Christ the King
This week, our school and parish community came together to celebrate the Feast of Christ the King, a moment that marks both the end of the Church’s year and a powerful reminder of Christ’s reign of truth, love and peace. Gathered in prayer and reflection, we honoured Jesus Christ, our King and the Light of the World, opening our hearts to His guidance and His call to share His light with others.
As this feast falls in November, the month of remembrance, we also remember loved ones who have died. Our beautifully decorated remembrance jars, filled with names, prayers and cherished memories, were displayed as a symbol of hope. They remind us that through Christ the King, the promise of eternal life continues to shine, even in moments of sorrow.
It was a moving and meaningful celebration for our school community, strengthening our faith and deepening our sense of unity as we look ahead with hope to a new Church year.
All Saints' Performing Arts Shine at the Ashton on Mersey Village Lights Switch-On
This week, our All Saints' Performing Arts students had the wonderful opportunity to share their talents with the local community as they performed at the Ashton on Mersey Village Christmas Lights Switch-On. Their joyful, spirited singing helped bring the village together, creating a warm and festive atmosphere for families, neighbours and visitors.
Events like this reflect our commitment to Catholic Social Teaching, especially the principles of Community and Participation and the Call to Promote the Common Good. By using their gifts to uplift others, our children lived out these values in a real and meaningful way, celebrating the season with generosity, unity and shared joy.
We are incredibly proud of their performance and of the way they represented our school within the wider community.
