Sports Day
The children had a fantastic time taking part in Sports Day, showing great energy, enthusiasm and team spirit throughout the event. They began with the sprint races, where everyone tried their very best and enjoyed cheering on their friends.
The excitement continued with the obstacle race, which brought lots of fun, determination and laughter as the children tackled each challenge. They then took part in the relay race, working together as a team and encouraging one another all the way to the finish line.
It was a wonderful afternoon of sport, support and celebration. The children showed excellent sportsmanship, resilience and enjoyment, making it a very memorable Sports Day for everyone involved.
Trafford Singing Festival
The children had a wonderful time taking part in the Trafford Singing Festival at the Waterside. They represented our school brilliantly and performed with confidence, enthusiasm and beautiful expression throughout the event.
The children sang their own songs incredibly well, showing how hard they had practised and how much pride they took in their performance. It was lovely to see them singing so clearly and expressively, bringing the music to life for the audience.
They also had the special opportunity to sing collaboratively with children from St Margaret Ward and Moss Park School. Coming together with other schools created a fantastic atmosphere and showed the joy of sharing music as a community.
We were extremely proud of the children. They were amazing ambassadors for our school and made the whole experience a very memorable one.
P.E- Fitness
The children are having great fun taking part in fitness-themed PE lessons as they work on getting active and ready for the summer holidays! The are completing a range of exercises and activities designed to build stamina, strength, coordination and confidence.
Throughout the lessons, the children have shown fantastic energy and determination as they challenge themselves to keep moving and improve their fitness. They encourage one another, try their best and enjoy seeing what their bodies can do.
It is a brilliant reminder of the importance of staying healthy, active and positive, both in school and during the holidays.
